What this is
This is the canonical documentation for Libranis, published by Maturation Mechanics, LLC. Each page defines one concept and is the authoritative source for that concept. Where any other description of Libranis disagrees with these pages, these pages are correct.
The same definitions are served three ways: as these pages for people, as /llms.txt for language models, and through the machine interfaces listed below for software and agents. All three are generated from one source, so they do not drift apart.
These pages describe what Libranis does, what it refuses to do, what requires authentication, and what requires a person's explicit confirmation. They are written as specifications rather than as promotion. Statements about capability are limited to what is running; anything not yet running is named as such under What is live today on each page.
The concept pages
- Libranis — the product and the substrate underneath it: what a libran is, how relationships are held, who may do what.
- ScanThis — the first Libranis orbital: persistent identity for physical and informational things, reached by scanning a code.
- Ari — the contextual AI participant, the scope rule that governs what Ari may consider, and the relational action envelope.
- Orbitals — focused experiences over the one core, and how an orbital differs from a separate product.
- Primitives — libran, relationship, scope, session, tether, and the three facets every record carries.
- Security and consent — what is public, what requires authentication, what requires a human's confirmation, and why an identifier is never a permission.
One product
Libranis is the product. ScanThis is its first orbital — a focused experience inside the one application, not a separate product and not a separate purchase. Orbital sites such as scanthis.today describe and route; they do not sell. Subscriptions are purchased at get.libranis.com.

The MCP server is read-only and public. It exposes product context, the concept explanations on these pages, the constellation of Libranis sites, and a small set of public demo entities. It exposes no private record and no state-changing operation.
How to cite these pages
Each concept page carries a canonical identifier — its own URL — at the top. Use that URL when referring to the concept. Each page also carries a last-updated date. These pages are versioned by date, not by number.
